Relapse Prevention

Relapse prevention focuses on helping individuals that have completed their treatment but unfortunately has returned to their drug of choice or another drug of choice after a period of sobriety. Relapse can occur suddenly our staff helps our clients understand warning signs of addiction and factors that lead to "why" they are relapsing again.
Our relapse prevention program may consists of a combination of Group, Individual and/or Family Counseling. Individuals are required to attend a minimum of 1 hour of counseling per week, but may be scheduled up to 8 hours per week, depending on the client's need. Each participant is assigned a primary counselor who will work with the individual in developing a treatment plan. Treatment goals are realistic and obtainable. All individuals are expected to also attend AA/NA meetings. Family members are referred to Ala-Non or Nara-Non.
